World Usability Day is an annual event designed to promote awareness of the importance of making products, services, and systems that are easy to use. As part of World Usability Day, John Wooden, Fredrickson’s Director of Usability Services, will give a presentation at the University of Minnesota’s Usability Day celebration.

The IT Symposium is Minnesota’s premier public-sector IT gathering. Thousands of attendees from all levels of city, county, regional, and state government attend the symposium every year for the unique education and networking opportunities. For the seventh consecutive year, Fredrickson Communications has been selected to present at the symposium. This year we will be giving two seminars.
