Land O’Lakes wanted a corporate intranet that was more useful and more appealing to employees. 

Cargill Animal Nutrition was developing a content management system (CMS) to support the many websites developed to market its global products and services. As part of this effort, Cargill wanted to develop site templates that enforced consistency across sites, but also allowed for local expression.

Fredrickson redesiged and developed the Metropolitan Council’s website to better serve the Twin Cities seven-county metropolitan area.

The Personnel Licensing Division (now the Division of Educator Licensing) serves teachers, administrators, and other education personnel who required information and applications for education licensing. To fulfill user needs and expectations, the site needed a new design, navigation structure, and revised content.

The job of an intranet is to be an information hub that quickly connects employees to the information they need to do their jobs. Wells Fargo’s Technology Information Group (TIG) had an intranet site that suffered from navigation and information organization problems, so their site wasn’t fulfilling its role.
