Land O’Lakes wanted a corporate intranet that was more useful and more appealing to employees. 

The City of Minneapolis wanted to update its public website to improve residents’ access to information and services. The existing site was visually inviting, but it was not always easy to find information.

ISEEK determined that difficult navigation and inconsistent presentation of content were obstacles to users and detracted from the success of its public website. They wanted a site that would help to promote higher education, training, and career exploration, and facilitate the search for employment in Minnesota.

The Minnesota Judicial Branch had an intranet site that was cluttered and difficult to use. The site was underused by employees despite its potential to improve efficiency and speed up access to information.

The job of an intranet is to be an information hub that quickly connects employees to the information they need to do their jobs. Wells Fargo’s Technology Information Group (TIG) had an intranet site that suffered from navigation and information organization problems, so their site wasn’t fulfilling its role.
