A well-known US retailer was in the process of implementing a new Learning Management System (LMS). During this process, they realized that a large number of their eLearning courses would not integrate with the new LMS.
The usability of the learner’s interface to an LMS can have a major impact on the success of an LMS implementation. We performed usability testing on two large-scale LMS implementations and made improvement recommendations to greatly increase ease-of-use.
