The Minnesota Department of Human Services (MN DHS) and Ramsey County faced the daunting task of providing information privacy training for their own widely-dispersed staffs. In addition, they wanted to make the training available to subcontracted private sector providers and other Minnesota counties.

As the result of a recent business acquisition, RCIS was faced with the need to quickly welcome over 300 new employees and orient them to the new company.

U.S. Bank urgently needed a computer-based sales support tool for their one-of-a-kind software application, as well as a training tool to help new clients learn the software once it was purchased. Both deliverables needed to be taken from concept to finished product within a very tight 8-week time frame.
