Land O’Lakes wanted a corporate intranet that was more useful and more appealing to employees. 

BIO-key International needed online help for WEB-key, a biometric finger-reading security application for the web. Because WEB-key was a new technology, the online help needed to educate users about biometrics as well as help them use the application.

As the result of a recent business acquisition, RCIS was faced with the need to quickly welcome over 300 new employees and orient them to the new company.

Target was in the process of implementing a new Learning Management System (LMS). During this process, they realized that a large number of their eLearning courses would not integrate with the new LMS.
