Summary

During a usability testing session, a representative user is asked to complete a series of tasks. Their ability to complete the tasks successfully and their experience while attempting each task can clearly reveal opportunities for improvement.

In this recorded usability test of the City of Los Angeles’ website, the test participant has been given the task of finding out how to report graffiti. The test participant is shown in the lower left.
