We provided a technical writer to document data protection procedures within a fast-growing company’s IT organization. Over time, word of the technical writer’s skills spread and she was asked to help with RFP responses. She adapted the IT procedures she had written into succinct answers to questions on the RFPs. Her work has helped to reduce the time needed for the client company to respond to RFPs from its potential clients.
