We completed a project to restructure and redesign the Minnesota Judicial Branch’s intranet site, CourtNet. The project also involved providing a template that could be used by each of the ten judicial districts for their respective intranet sites. The previous intranet was regarded by many on the judicial staff as confusing and difficult to use.
We worked closely with the stakeholders and representative end users throughout this project, conducting a careful analysis of user needs and preferences, creating a revised information structure and a new visual design. The response from the judicial branch’s staff was overwhelmingly positive. We also worked with the communications team to create a plan for content governance.
