Summary

The Medtronic Diabetes eLearning series consists of 6 courses designed to teach the fundamentals of diabetes and insulin pump therapy to Medtronic’s customer—the patient who is considering or already has a Medtronic insulin pump to help manage their diabetes.

This customer-facing learning project presented special challenges because the audience for the training could almost literally be anyone. At the same time, the subject matter had to be conveyed thoroughly and accurately, but in a way that was easy to understand and remember.

Fredrickson provided a full range of eLearning services including visual design, instructional design, script writing, Flash development, audio production, LMS services, and project management.
