Summary

Fredrickson leveraged RCIS’s existing eLearning interface to rapidly develop two eLearning modules — a general employee orientation and an overview of the crop insurance industry.  The employee orientation is enhanced with quotes from current RCIS employees, giving new employees a chance to get acquainted with their new colleagues.

These eLearning courses won an Award of Excellence in the 2003 Competition of the Society for Technical Communication, Twin Cities chapter.
