As part of our mission to share information and support professionals who work in the areas of training, communications, usability, and technology, Fredrickson has founded two professional networking organizations. The mission of these groups is to foster peer-to-peer connections and to facilitate discussion of current topics of interest to the members.
About the Roundtable
The Fredrickson Roundtable for Learning Leaders was founded in 2000 to provide a forum specifically for learning managers and others who hold leadership positions in corporate learning in the Twin Cities area.
The Roundtable meets quarterly to discuss trends, initiatives, problems, and solutions related to learning, employee development, technology, strategy, and learning organization leadership. The discussion topics for the meetings are decided with input from an annual member survey. The topics are then finalized by the program committee.
The Roundtable’s emphasis is on open, confidential, peer-to-peer discussion. Members are also encouraged to use their network of Roundtable peers whenever they need professional advice or a different perspective on a problem.
Membership in the Roundtable
Currently, there are over 300 active members. There is no membership fee or cost to members. Fredrickson Communications serves as the organizer, and member companies take turns hosting the meetings.
Membership in the Roundtable is by invitation only. Only those who currently hold leadership or managerial positions in corporate or public-sector learning organizations are eligible for membership.
Do you know someone in the Twin Cities area who would like to join? For more information, .
