Leading Change With Integrity. A Fredrickson Communications HR Executive Salon featuring Al Watts of InTEgro.
Leading Change with Integrity
We are delighted to have Al Watts of InTEgro leading our June Salon discussion. Al will guide us through a process for leading sustainable change that nurtures effective, engaging and ethical organizational cultures.
In this Salon, we will discuss:
Changes that we have experienced or observed— both what works and what doesn’t.
Strategies for nurturing best practices and avoiding pitfalls in the course of organizational change.
Applying a framework for planning and executing organizational change that yields desired results.
We have hosted executive-level peer discussions, like this one, for more than 20 years. This is a private, invitation-only event intended to foster conversation and build relationships among executive-level HR colleagues.
All Salon members will receive an invitation with the location and directions.
