Fredrickson Roundtable for Learning Leaders: September 2010 Meeting

Getting to Why – Evaluating and determining the real training need.

At the Roundtable’s September 2010 meeting we’ll explore the process of evaluating requests to develop training and methods for analyzing the learning need behind the request. We’ll discuss:

  • Processes for evaluating training development requests
  • Getting to the “why” behind a training request
  • Delivering recommendations to the requester

About the Roundtable
The Fredrickson Roundtable for Learning Leaders provides a forum specifically for learning managers and others who hold leadership positions in corporate learning in the Twin Cities area. The Roundtable meets quarterly to provide peer-to-peer discussion of trends, initiatives, problems, and solutions related to learning, employee development, technology, strategy, and learning organization leadership.
