I’m Lola Fredrickson. I founded Fredrickson Communications in 1985, along with Dave Lasecke and Joyce Lasecke, with a specific goal in mind: To help our clients find the best solution to their communication issues within their time and budget constraints. We serve clients in Minneapolis and the Twin Cities area, as well as clients based all over the United States.
In the past 20 years we’ve grown to be one of the largest consulting firms of our type in North America. Fredrickson’s expertise in solving problems is deep — we have more than 40 full-time staff people.
To share our expertise with our clients and the community, we consult on an individual basis to find best solutions, we publish and present information at professional associations, and we present small seminars for a variety of groups.
In addition, in 2000 we created the Fredrickson Roundtable for Learning Leaders, an executive peer group that meets quarterly to discuss topics relevant to those who lead learning organizations. More than 100 learning leaders from the Minneapolis - St. Paul area participate in this lively organization. Recently we started a new group called Intersect to provide the same peer-to-peer connections to public sector IT and communications leaders.
